Use of vegetable carbon black

The application range of vegetable carbon black: frozen drinks (except edible ice in 03.04), candy, rice products, wheat products, cakes, biscuits, the maximum usage is 5.0g/KG. Melanin, edible processing aid, adsorbent; can be used in candy, biscuits, cakes, rice, flour products, the maximum dosage is 5.0 g/kg. Practical use reference: When producing licorice candy, use 30% plants and 4% melanin to make black candy; when making chocolate biscuits, use this product and chili red to color, and the amount of vegetable carbon black added is equal to the amount of flour. 4%.
