Rosemary extract bulk raw material of the rosemary extract is the whole rosemary plant of the genus Rosemary of the Lamiaceae, which is prepared by extraction and processing. The raw material is originally produced in Mediterranean countries and has been successfully introduced and cultivated in a large area in my country in recent years.

The main components of rosemary extract are rosmarinol, carnosol and carnosic acid. Rosemary extract antioxidant, rosemary extract as food preservative has obvious effects in maintaining the flavor of meat.
Rosemary has been used for thousands of years as a savory spice, food preservative, rosemary extract for skin and rosemary extract for hair products, and as an herbal medicine for a variety of health disorders. Until now however, the exact chemical pathways involved in its beneficial effects have remained unknown.
Extract the rosemary leaves into volatile oil through distillation, purify and get colorless or light green rosemary essential oil.
2. Extract rosemary leaves with 95% ethanol solvent, lower the pressure, concentrate, collect the solution, lower the temperature to 65℃, collect the precipitate after centrifugal sedimentation. The precipitate is 25% Ursolic Acid, after purification, 50%, 98 % or higher purity Ursolic Acid can be made.
3. In step 2, collect the supernate after centrifugal sedimentation, separate the supernate, get liposoluble Carnosic Acid and water soluble Rosmarinic Acid. Purify the Carnosic Acid and get 20%, 40%, 60% and 90% Carnosic Acid powder. Mix the Carnosic Acid powder with sunflower oil or other base oil, and get 5%, 10% and 20% liquid Carnosic Acid. Rosmarinic Acid 5% has good water solubility, while 10%, 20% and 30% Rosmarinic Acid powders are slightly soluble in water.
