Coconut water powder or coconut juice powder is made from coconut water. Coconut water powder is white powder, and it is colorless when it is soluble in water.

Coconut Milk Powder: Fresh coconut milk powder is made by adding other excipients through concentration and spray drying process. Fat mass is higher, typically 55-65%.
